Common industries include automotive, railway, vehicle building, construction, electrical sectors, and shipbuilding. Note: Not suitable for non-polar substrates like polythene or Teflon, and avoid application on solvent-sensitive materials such as Styrofoam.

    Applications Process:

    • Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are dry and free from dust, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
    • Mixing: Stir the adhesive until homogeneous.
    • Application: Apply uniformly on both substrates using a brush or appropriate applicator. A second coat may be needed for porous materials after 5-10 minutes.
    • Drying Time: Allow to dry for 15-20 minutes at room temperature until tacky. The finger test can help assess the open time.
    • Bonding: After the appropriate open time, align and press the substrates firmly together to achieve uniform contact pressure.
    • Strength Development: Full bond strength develops within 24 to 48 hours post-application.

Coverage:  250-350 grams per square meter on non-porous substrates. Coverage may vary on porous substrates like wood or leather.
